Obaidul Hoque

Obaidul Hoque is a founding partner of Westmont Law Group LLP. He leads the firm’s civil and commercial litigation practice and handles its mortgage defence matters. His practice also includes real estate matters and administrative law.

He represents clients in court proceedings and before regulatory bodies, with experience in disputes involving property, employment, contracts, mortgages, and estates. His approach begins with understanding the client’s circumstances and identifying a practical route forward.
